This is a 60 min training session that begins with a 10min discussion on your fitness goals. We will focus on all major body parts (back, shoulders, core, legs, arms) and suggest cardio options that can be integrated into you overall fitness plan. This package entitles you to 5 sessions and will expire after 1month. Payment is due up front and cancellations must occur 24hours before training session in order to receive any credit for the session.
